Terms of Service

1. Who we are
WealthDecoded (“the Service”) is provided by Radek Vomočil, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, business address Bučina 11, 566 01 Vysoké Mýto, IČO 11982756, e-mail wealthdecoded.brand@gmail.com (“we”, “us”).
2. The Service
WealthDecoded is a web application for organising your own personal finances, nutrition and fitness, weekly plans, goals and habits. Your data is synchronised between the devices on which you sign in.
No advice. The Service is a personal organisation tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Figures shown (for example calories of sample recipes) are estimates. Consult a qualified professional before making financial or health decisions.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid e-mail address.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- You may delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently deletes your data (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Free trial and purchase
- Each new account includes a free trial of 7 days from account creation. No payment details are required for the trial.
- After the trial you can continue to view and export your data. Adding or changing data requires a one-time purchase of full access, currently USD 10 (taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country). This is not a subscription; there are no recurring charges.
- Full access is granted for your account for as long as we operate the Service. If we ever discontinue the Service, we will give at least 60 days’ notice so that you can export your data.
- Paddle is our reseller. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
- Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: do not attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with its security or operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or resell it.
6. Your content
The data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, synchronise and display it to you. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Please keep your own backups using the Backup function. We may improve or change features; we will not remove core functionality you paid for without notice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information you entered into the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will publish the new version on this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by e-mail before they take effect.
11. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Consumers in the Czech Republic may use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz).
